Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using progecad.in or purchasing progeCAD software through SNS Teknology, the authorised Indian reseller of progeCAD.
1. About Us
progecad.in is operated by SNS Teknology, C-21:O-3, Century CHS, Sector-16, Nerul, Navi Mumbai – 400706, an authorised reseller of progeCAD Professional CAD software (developed by progeCAD srl / progeSOFT, Italy) in India.
2. Licensing
progeCAD is sold under a perpetual, per-seat or network (NLM) license as described on our Pricing page. Each Single License (SL) permits installation and activation on one machine per license; NLM licenses float across a specified number of concurrent network users, subject to a minimum of 3 licenses. Corporate licenses (One Site / Country) permit unlimited installations within the stated territorial scope for the licensing company only.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders may be placed via our website, email or over the phone, and paid by bank transfer, UPI or as otherwise agreed. Serial numbers and authorization codes are issued only after payment is confirmed. Prices displayed exclude GST, which is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 18%).
4. Free Trial
The 30-day trial download is provided for evaluation purposes only and may not be used for commercial production work. Trial software may have reduced functionality or time-limited operation as determined by the developer.
5. Intellectual Property
progeCAD, its logo and all associated software are the intellectual property of progeCAD srl / progeSOFT. All website content, text and graphics on progecad.in are the property of SNS Teknology unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, SNS Teknology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software or this website.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
